Former Fellow Rose Goldberg (’16), a deputy attorney general in the Office of the California Attorney General, wrote a letter to the editor in The New York Times analyzing Congress’ proposed administrative process for medical malpractice claims against the Department of Defense (“Veterans and Medical Malpractice,” Dec. 22). Rose also wrote an op-ed for the Hartford Courant calling for independent court adjudicators to combat bias in addressing military claims (“The National Defense Authorization Act May Create Trump’s Space Force, But It’s Leaving Service Members Behind,” Dec. 31).
