Dale Margolin Cecka (’04), Assistant Professor of Law and Director of the Family Violence Litigation Clinic at Albany Law School, was quoted by Chron about the Supreme Court oral argument in the case seeking to revoke mifepristone’s FDA approval or restrict its distribution (“Supreme Court Appears Unlikely to Restrict Access to Abortion Pill,” Mar. 26). “The scope of this remedy being a nationwide ban...I think the judges were all pretty skeptical of that,” Dale said. “I was surprised the more conservative justices did kind of grill the attorneys on that,” she added. “It would be pretty hard in my opinion to get this decision upheld.”
